New Microsoft Partnership, putting data at users' fingertips

As the result of a market-making collaboration with Microsoft, Meltwater will deliver an integrated communications insights solution for Microsoft’s clients. The collaboration combines Meltwater's listening tools with Microsoft’s advanced AI technologies. As a result, business users of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, who are Meltwater customers, can easily access real-time insights, such as brand mentions, sentiment analysis, key issues and competitive benchmarking from within these tools. 

Industry First Influencer Marketing Analytics, Workflows within Social Suite

As another industry first, Meltwater recently introduced a groundbreaking integration of its influencer marketing solutions into its core social media platform. This brings together Klear, Meltwater’s influencer marketing tool, and Engage, its social media management tool. As a result, customers can unify their social media marketing strategies on one platform, removing the barriers between owned and influencer marketing efforts.

  • Chris Hackney joins as Chief Product Officer to lead Meltwater’s product organisation and spearhead the strategic direction, expansion and operation of the company’s product portfolio.

  • Bryan Law, current Chief Marketing Officer at go-to-market data provider, ZoomInfo, joins as a Member of the Meltwater Board of Directors. His expertise and experience will help inform Meltwater’s customer focus, direction and growth.
