Rubicon Project names Rohan Creasey Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand

Rubicon Project, the global exchange for advertising, today announced it has appointed Rohan Creasey as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, effective immediately.  As Country Manager Creasey will be responsible for driving business development efforts, and the adoption of Rubicon Project’s industry-leading automated advertising exchange across the Australia and New Zealand markets.

Creasey commented, “I could not be more honoured and thrilled to have been selected to lead this incredible and dynamic market for Rubicon Project.  I look forward to promoting and advancing the various and compelling differentiators that Rubicon Project has in market as we embark on our next phase of sustainable and continued growth.  We have a truly exceptional team in Australia and I’m entirely committed to continuing to champion and further the unique culture that this company has worked so hard to achieve.”

Creasey joined Rubicon Project in 2013 where as Manager, Solutions Engineering Japan & Asia Pacific (JAPAC), he was tasked with leading technical solutions across the region, with a particular focus on mobile. In 2014 Rohan was responsible for establishing Rubicon Project in Japan and he led the roll-out of the APAC region’s first co-operative exchange. For nearly a decade prior to joining Rubicon Project, he held various operations and account management roles at Dennis Publishing, Adify and New Scientist in the United Kingdom.

“We are excited to be elevating Rohan to our top post in the Australia and New Zealand,” said Joe Prusz, Chief Revenue Officer of Rubicon Project. “Throughout his tenure at Rubicon Project Rohan has time and time again demonstrated both his incredible leadership capabilities as well as his vast technical and engineering expertise in critical areas of focus for the company, like header bidding. I’m looking forward to Rohan leveraging his 12+ years of ad-industry specific experience as he steers the Australia and New Zealand business to its next level of growth and extends Rubicon Project’s pioneering advertising automation technology to encompass emerging platforms like connected TV, audio and digital out-of-home.”

Creasey replaces Simone Krakowiak who is relocating to the United Kingdom to take up a global leadership role outside of Rubicon Project.
