Leading technology company in video advertising is aggressively hiring software engineers in Hyderabad, New York, and Silicon Valley
Adap.tv, the global video advertising platform of choice for the largest brands, agencies, and publishers, today took another step in its global expansion by opening a new research and development center in Hyderabad, India. The company's first expansion into continental Asia, Adap.tv India will take the lead in the development of several of Adap.tv's key technology products.
As part of the new expansion, the company also announced an aggressive push to hire software engineers in Hyderabad, on par with its existing recruiting efforts in New York City and Silicon Valley. The company aims to add more than 40 new members to its technology team in India before the end of 2013. Additional information about career openings can be found at: http://adap.tv/careers/openings.
“We’ve had long-standing, successful relationships within India; the new Adap.tv R&D center in the region will be an important component of our global corporate strategy, bringing a new level of intellectual diversity to the design and development of our technology and products,” said Adap.tv Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Teg Grenager. “We have achieved our leading market position because we have been able to rapidly develop sophisticated technology and get it in the hands of our customers. A global R&D strategy, with Adap.tv India as our anchor in Asia, is critical to our ability to sustain this pace as the business scales.”
Already operational in Asia-Pacific with offices in Australia, Adap.tv's move into Asia will capitalize on the strong pool of software engineers in the region, both experienced and recent graduates from exceptional education and research institutes.
Prem Kumar Pabbisetty, one of Adap.tv’s early employees, helped to kick off the company’s regional operations in March 2013, and will lead the India group as managing director. He worked at Adap.tv’s Silicon Valley headquarters for more than five years, helping to create its strong engineering culture and build the Adap.tv Publisher, Marketplace and Advertiser products from the ground up. Mr. Pabbisetty’s team will be responsible for the business critical initiatives supporting the mission of the company. He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
“As someone who has experienced the growth of technology in India first-hand, it is very exciting to be able to bring Adap.tv’s global mission to the region. We already have employees from premier institutes like IITs and NITs adding a new dimension to the team,” said Mr. Pabbisetty. “We believe Adap.tv India will be key in helping to shape how our customers plan and execute their global media strategies now and in the future.”
