New standard for Intelligent Automation Delivery Capabilities in New Zealand
Q4 Associates, specialists in the establishment and delivery of robust and reliable digital workforces, has become the first and only Blue Prism partner in New Zealand to achieve Double Silver Capability and Delivery Provider certification.
To be recognised as a Double Silver Capability and Delivery Provider, Q4 had to meet Blue Prism’s rigorous requirements to prove excellence in client support, successful delivery of the Blue Prism Robotic Operating Model (ROM) and achieving 100% customer satisfaction and NPS Scores across key clients.

Q4 has deployed Blue Prism’s intelligent digital workers for a number of leading New Zealand enterprises including ASB, MMC Fund Administration and Kotahi to help drive enhanced customer experience, operational innovation and accelerate digital transformation. For example, one of the ways in which ASB is using a digital workforce is to check broker application documents to ensure the information is complete, and transfer data to its own system. This gets faster and more accurate information into the broker’s system which means they can focus on adding value rather than data entry, as well as speeding up the outcome for clients.
