New telephony analytics tool helps enterprises improve productivity and cost-efficiency
MyNetFone, Australia’s largest provider of hosted communications services, has launched an advanced call analytics and visualisation tool, Precision Analytics.
Precision Analytics helps enterprises and government organisations make use of the ‘big data’ that is generated by their organisation’s telephone call patterns.
“There is a treasure-trove of business intelligence within every IP-PBX or UC platform,” said Rene Sugo, CEO of MNF Group. “In the past that data has been complex and costly to access. But with MyNetFone Precision Analytics on the MyNetFone voice network, enterprise and government organisations can finally unlock their voice service data, and use it to answer key business questions.”
MyNetFone Precision Analytics provides advanced reporting capability for senior managers and executives to answer their key productivity and budget questions. For example, an enterprise may want to know geographic call origin distribution or visualise last quarter’s peak times, and plan call centre rosters accordingly.
The tool tracks inbound and outbound calls, and allows managers to analyse voice service usage reports on call costs and visualise call trends.
“Unlike similar telco reporting platforms which just provide raw data, Precision Analytics provides call analytics and visualisation in the one tool,” Sugo added.
“MyNetFone Precision Analytics empowers data-driven management and accountability across the entire enterprise organisation. It helps enterprises to understand how their voice services are used and how their budget is being spent.”
The MyNetFone Precision Analytics platform is accessed via an online portal with a customisable dashboard, which allows users to view the most relevant data at a glance.
This new tool is part of the MyNetFone Enterprise and Government communication solutions offering, and is available in combination with SIP trunking or hosted phone system deployments.
