Entries to Seagate’s Precious Memories competition opened today for Australian and New Zealand journalists and bloggers. The competition, which is in its third year, offers entrants the opportunity to showcase their creative talents online, with winners of the Australian and New Zealand competition gaining automatic entry into the Regional Precious Memories competition. Past regional winners include Australian journalist John Westwood for his video entry “HMAS Yarra” and New Zealand writer Gemma Collier for her magnificent photo entry “Summer Harvest.

Entry is restricted to Australian and New Zealand journalists, photo-journalists and professional bloggers* and entries close Sunday 18th July. Winners of the competition are determined by popular online vote, so it’s important to enter early and encourage your friends and family to vote for you online. Two lucky voters will be selected at random to win a Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 320GB hard drive*.
